Each person in your group is guaranteed a mini reading, which can be either a psychic reading or mediumship. While I cannot guarantee who will come through, I trust that Spirit will guide the session to bring each participant inner peace and inspiration.

How many people can I have join me?
You may have a total of up to seven people in your party (you plus six others). Seven people will be a cozy fit, but groups larger than that will have great difficulty fitting in the space. Also, keep in mind that the we will divide the time up into mini readings for each person. This means that the when we have more guests, each reading is shorter, of course.
It’s only me. Can I participate in a psychic tea party service with only myself?
Sure! The morning tea parties are intended for a small group, and whoever books it pays for the entire group. However, if you’d like to book the session just for yourself, that’s fine! It’s the same length and about the same price as one combo session, so we could do a full psychic reading and a full mediumship reading just for you if you’d like. The main difference from this and a regular combo session is that the location will be at Dobra Tea West.
Will it be loud?
You will definitely be able to hear other patrons and the workings of the restaurant, but it’s typically a peaceful setting without too much ambient noise. Of course, if you’re sensitive to noise, you may prefer to book a group reading that can be done at your location.
I’d like to have tea party in the afternoon or evening. Is that possible?
No, unfortunately, it is not. Dobra Tea West does not have a reservation system, and it is a very popular establishment. We begin each morning tea party at 10:00 a.m. because that’s when the tearoom opens, so we’re likely to be able to get the coziest spot in the back corner. They will be much busier and louder later in the day. Of course, if your schedule requires a later time, you may prefer to book a group reading that can be done at your location. (My booking software will only book group readings for 12 noon, but I can often adjust the time to your preference. Just text, call, or email me.)
Will everyone receive a reading?
Yes, I can do up to seven mini readings in one tea party event.
Will we get psychic readings or mediumship readings?
Each guest may choose the type of reading or information they’d like to receive. Keep in mind that I cannot guarantee what information will come through in a psychic reading, and I cannot guarantee which spirit comes through in a mediumship reading. You understand you are paying for my time, not any guaranteed outcome.
How long will each reading be?
The length of the reading depends on the number of people you bring and everyone’s timeliness. The session is from 10:00 to 11:20. The tearoom opens at ten. Everyone needs to arrive, place their orders, and take their seats quickly. Once everyone is seated, we will divide the number of minutes left by the number of guests. That will determine the length of each mini reading. For example, if you have seven guests total, and you are done placing your order by 10:10 (easily done if one person places all the orders), each person will receive a mini reading that is close to ten minutes long.
Is tea included in your service fee?
No, any food or beverage purchase is up to you to add on.
Do I have to get tea?
You do not have to get tea, but some food or beverage purchase is strongly encouraged. This is how we are supporting the establishment.
How can I maximize the time for each reading?
It’s a great idea if you have your guests review the Dobra Tea West food menu and tea menu ahead of time and select what they’d like. It’s even better if you designate one person to stand in line and place all the orders and make the payment.
One of my guests has mobility issues. Are there any steps?
There are two steps up to get on the platform where everyone sits on the floor around a low table. It is tradition that we all take off our shoes before entering that area.
Do you have any food or beverage recommendations?
All their teas are excellent, but I tend to get the vulnerabili-tea, which is a chamomile blend, and I highly recommend their vegan cheese plate. It’s outstanding!
